Please return merchandise within 45 days of ship date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed , and unused. Products will be inspected before refunds are issued.

Exchanges

In the case of an exchange, please email store@lulubuffett.com to check the availability of the replacement item. Replacement items will ship with a prepaid USPS label and envelope for your convenience. If there is no stock of the replacement item, a full refund will be issued to the original card used for purchase.

Returns

In the case of a return, please email store@lulubuffett.com to receive an RMA#. Once you receive the RMA#, you will need to send the item(s) you wish to return along with the original receipt or packing slip (if available) and this form filled out to:

Please write the RMA# on the outside of the package for faster processing. The customer will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
